The actress returned after wrapping up her 2015 schedule for her international TV series, ‘Quantico’. At first, Priyanka released the first trailer of her next movie ‘Jai Gangaajal’ last week. She was also snapped promoting her latest release ‘Bajirao Mastani’ with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Yesterday, Priyanka Chopra finally got a chance to watch her latest release. The actress was snapped wearing a white top, blue denims and monochrome heels at a theatre with family and friends to watch ‘Bajirao Mastani’. After the movie, Priyanka was caught by shutterbugs. She spoke to the media about the movie and what she loved about it. She said, “Finally, I watched the film. I don’t know about Kashibai, but the film is absolutely beautiful. I am going to meet Sanjay sir now. Sanjay sir is an artist and he has made a beautiful story. I am very happy that I got a chance to be a part of it.” When Priyanka was asked about her role as Kashibai and her co-stars, she said, “I’m very proud of Deepika, Ranveer, Sanjay sir and everybody else in this film.”

‘Bajirao Mastani’ may not have started with a bang at the box office on its release day, but has had a great week. The magnum opus movie has crossed 100 crores. When asked about being in the 100 crore club, Priyanka said, “I don’t believe in numbers and clubs. I am an artist and I’ll go and congratulate my director.”
After giving media her thoughts on the movie, Priyanka left in a hurry towards her car. That is when the actress got a bit emotional while she was texting someone. She wiped her tears and gracefully smiled for the shutterbugs.

Priyanka Chopra played the role of Kashibai, Bajirao’s first wife in the movie for which she received tremendous amount of positive response from the audience and the critics. In her upcoming movie ‘Jai Gangaajal’, Priyanka will be playing the role of a brave police officer who fights against corruption and for justice. She will probably return to Montreal next year to complete remaining filming for her American TV series, ‘Quantico’.[/tps_footer]
