The 56-year-old ‘Munnabhai’ will be released after having served his five-year sentence for possessing illegal arms in the March 12, 1993, Mumbai serial bomb blasts case. As is expected, the actor’s friends, family and fans are waiting with bated breath to welcome the ‘Khalnayak’.
While a popular south Mumbai eatery will offer a dish called ‘Chicken Sanju Baba’ free of charge to all patrons and fans to celebrate Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt’s release from prison, the excitement of the public is evident. In his residence locality in Bandra, the celebrations and excitement are palpable. The superstar’s house, the gate of his house as well as the rest of the locality is decorated with flowers and posters offering a grand welcome, much like a homecoming to Sanju Baba.
The posters that are put up along the locality have a picture of Dutt along with the caption ‘Welcome Back Sanju Baba’ printed across it. While Dutt was away for a considerable amount of time, he did manage to receive tiny breaks from his sentence. However, with his ordeal coming to an end, it is certain that friends and family will be excited. We can only imagine hoe relieved his wife and children feel!
Sanjay Dutt’s eldest daughter Trishala Dutt is ecstatic and thrilled to have Dutt back for good. The star will be leaving with around Rs.440 hat he earned by making paper bags while serving his jail term spanning nearly 28 months.[/tps_footer]
