Bollywood’s Dabangg actress Sonakshi Sinha is all set to make her singing debut in her upcoming film Akira. Sonakshi Sinha is the latest actress to join singing bandwagon after Priyanka Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Anushka Sharma.
Before recording a song for her upcoming film the actress was spotted recording a song for IIFA awards with singer Mika Singh. During a recent press conference of IIFA awards, Sonakshi Sinha had confirmed that she would be singing at the IIFA concert in Malaysia, as it has been her ‘rockstar’ dream of her life.

The actress who is currently a part of the show Indian Idol Junior has several times expressed her desire to sing and it seems she is living her dream now by singing at IIFA awards as well for her upcoming film Akira. The actress is quite excited and has finished her first shooting session with Mika Singh.
Rumours are making rounds are that Vishal Dadlani, the music director has promised Sonakshi that she will be singing a song in Akira. After giving most entertaining performances on the acting front, Sonakshi is speculated to sing in her next film Akira. In the film Akira Sonakshi plays the main protagonist, the movie is an action drama, and is directed by A.R.Murugadoss. The actress has shot a few action scenes already.
