[tps_footer]The entire team of Fugly; Mohit Marwah, Vijender Singh, Kiara Advani and Arfi Lamba was recently spotted promoting their film at The Shiamak Davar Summer Funk Show held in Mumbai.
Mohit Marwah who is the most vocal out of the four said, “Fugly is coming on June 13 and it’s a story of four friends who are getting on to their lives and having a blast in their lives. Suddenly a big incident happens and then they fight against it and how did they come out stronger, that is what our film is all about.”
Very few people know that Mohit Marwah who happens to be Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s cousin was first noticed by Karan Johar.
“Yes I did a film with Karan Johar that was directed by Shakun Batra. That film helped me a lot since it put me out there. People got to know about me and I met him at this birthday and thanked him for the film, which got me some recognition. I want to keep doing short films even now, it’s my love.” stated Mohit during his media interaction at The Shiamak Davar Summer Funk Showr who is very upbeat about Fugly.
Fugly is a comedy thriller with a social message and has been directed by Kabir Sadanand. The film stars Jimmy Shergil in a very important role and has both Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar in cameo roles.
