Bombay Velvet costars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and director turned actor Karan Johar attended the 6th season of India’s Got Talent to promote their upcoming film. The trio rocked the event with their dazzling charisma and was accompanied by judges Malaika Arora Khan, Kirron Kher and host Bharti Singh.

Bombay Velvet’s Rosie Noronha Anushka Sharma makes a striking entry at the IGT 6 mouthing one of the super hit songs from the film. The actress plays the role of a jazz singer in the film.

The dynamic trio Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar strike a pose for the shutterbugs. The enormous prop and the beautiful set of IGT makes the picture look appealing.

Karan Johar will be marking his debut with Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet. Set in the era of 1960s, the film will see Karan in a negative character called Kaizad Khambatta. Karan has previously judged several seasons of India’s Got Talent.

The film shows sizzling chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. The film shows Ranbir’s struggle to achieve the glamorous life for him and his ladylove while Anushka wants to get away from all the hassle in her life.

Bharti Singh didn’t fail to make every laugh out loud with her gimmicks. Looks like she’s trying to enact Anushka here! Directed by Anurag Kashyap,Bombay Velvet will take us on a journey of Johnny Balraj played by Ranbir Kapoor, who sets out fighting all the odds just to fulfill his dream of becoming a big shot in the city.

Doesn’t Malaika Arora Khan look amazingly hot? Donning a Namrata Joshipura outfit Malaika finished her look with wavy hair, rich dark lip and diamond accessories. The IGT judge looked great!

Karan Johar had earlier revealed that Ranbir Kapoor codirected all of his scenes along with Anurag Kashyap guiding him to perform his role. The director turned actor further added that Ranbir has what it takes to be a great filmmaker and that can be his fallback plan!

Based on Gyan Prakash’s book called Mumbai Fables, the film also stars Kay Kay Menon, Raveena Tandon and Manish Chaudhary in pivotal roles. Produced by Phantom Films the film is set to release on May 15 and has already created a rave amongst the masses.

The first trailer of Bombay Velvet gave us a glimpse of Bombay in 1960’s and it’s colourful nightlife. The second trailer of the film looks very promising with the right amount of drama, romance and fights making it an emotional rollercoaster.
