[tps_footer]Lauren Gottlieb who rose to fame with the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 6, decided to bring in the festivities of Christmas by spreading smiles with the Smile Foundation Children.
On the occasion of Christmas, Smile Foundation, a national level development organization, gifted its children a special time full of joys, hopes and smiles with a special Santa. Lauren Gottlieb, the International celebrity dancer, Bollywood actor and the first runner up of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 6, spent some time with these children as Santa and was enhancing their festive spirit.
Lauren had a lot of fun with the kids. She not only played games with them but also taught them some dance moves. Donning the customary red Santa Cap, Lauren sang Christmas carols with the kids, distributed gifts and sweets to them and also cut a cake. By doing so she brought a smile to these under privileged kids.
“It is my first Christmas away from my family. I am missing my home and people very much so this is the best way to celebrate Christmas amongst these children. With their innocence, warmth and smile I am feeling a part of their family. It feels great to be associated with Smile Foundation and to be a reason for these kids to Smile,’ said a very ecstatic Lauren who had a gala time with the kids.
Lauren was spotted by ace chorographer turned director Remo D’Souza and made her Bollywood debut with the movie ABCD: Anybody Can Dance. But then it was Jhalak Dikhla Jaa that made her a household name. She along with choreographer partner Punit Pathak was the first runner up of the show.
Christmas is a festival of whishes, fun, gifts and hopes for everybody especially for children. It was a wonderful gesture on part of Lauren Gottlieb to have made these under privileged children feel that little special.[/tps_footer]
