[tps_footer]The songs and trailer, i.e. the preview of the Shahid Kapoor starrer upcoming movie ‘Haider’ have created enough inquisitiveness amongst the audiences.
Inspite of the same, actors Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are on a constant promotional spree and appeared at Red FM in Mumbai for promotions recently. While Shraddha looked stunning in a jeans and a shirt, Shahid came in a hooded t-shirt, jeans and a cap.
The Vishal Bhardwaj movie is galvanized by the Shakespeare play Hamlet. But this is not the first time that Vishal has ventured into a Shakespeare play. Earlier the filmmaker has taken inspirations from Shakespeare’s plays for his movies ‘Maqbool’ and ‘Omkara’.
Haider, set to release on October 2 with Hrithik Roshan‘s Bang Bang, stars Shahid Kapoor as Haider, and Tabu as his mother who will be seen marrying her brother-in-law (played by Kay Kay Menon) because her husband mysteriously disappeared.
The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor as Arshia, a journalist by profession and Haider’s love-interest. Although the film is based around Shahid Kapoor solely, Shraddha also plays an important part of the movie. Her role is different from that she played in Aashiqui 2 or Ek Villain.
