The actor was in for a shock when he was bit by a female fan while promoting his film in Dubai on Saturday. A female fan burst through the crowd to meet Imran and caught his hands and started shaking them. Imran reciprocated with a smile, but the fan just refused to let go of his hands. And when Imran‘s bodyguards swung into action and tried to pull the fan away, the angry lady bit into Imran’s hand to stop being pulled away. Imran screamed in pain, but the lady would just not let go even as the guards pulled her away.
