Abhishek Bachchan is on a high and rightfully so. The third installment of Yash Raj franchiser Dhoom, Dhoom 3 has created records at the Box-Office, from the highest day one collection to the fastest film to enter the 100 crore club, Dhoom 3 looks unstoppable.
Post Dhoom 3, Abhishek has Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Happy New Year and Mere Apne starrig Asin in his kitty. Now the question on everyone’s mind is, will we get to see Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan team up on screen again because the buzz is that they may get together for Adman Prahlad Kakkar‘s film.
To this Abhishek clarified and told the media that Prahlad has met them with a script, but as of now nothing has been finalized. Filmmaking is a time consuming job and nothing happens overnight. Abhishek assured the media that as and when things fall in place, the announcement would be made, as he too would love to share screen place with his wife.
“Aishwarya always knew what is the right film for her and has a knack to pick a right film that suits her. I love her as an actor. I am a big fan of her and she should be given the liberty to choose the films she wants to do”, said a very proud Abhishek when questioned about Aishwary’s professionalism.
Abhishek also told the media on his take on photographing star kids. He feels that the media to show restrain the children in photographing them. “This is one department (of children) where I would want the media to show restrain and responsibility. In our time social media was not there. I appeal to the media to show restrain and let children grow up the way they want to. Infact I read my film Filmy Magazine at the age of Eighteen.
Abhishek wants Aaradhya to grow as a normal kid and be grounded well. He is confident that with Aishwarya around, it would not be difficult. He considers her as a super mom. He feels that Aishwarya’s dedication, as a mother is unquestionable.
The last time one saw them together was in Mani Ratnam’s Guru, way back in 2007 and the last film that one saw Aishwarya Rai before she went on a sabbatical was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish in the year 2010.
Here’s wishing this love couple all the best and we do hope to see them sizzle the silver screen together soon.
