After being arrested for assaulting a bouncer allegedly being under the influence of alcohol, Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi was granted bail. (Aditya Pancholi Arrested At A NightClub!) On Saturday, Mumbai Police arrested the actor after he assaulted a bouncer at a Juhu-Tara road five-star night club. Initially, Aditya was sent to judicial custody till March 20 by Mumbai court but was later granted bail after paying Rs. 50,000.
“After being produced before a holiday court on Sunday, the judge remanded Pancholi in judicial custody. Following that order Pancholi sought bail after paying the amount Rs. 50,000,” said Padmakar Chavan, senior inspector, Santacruz police station.

The actor wanted to listen to Hindi music but the English music was on play. Since Mr Pancholi’s request was turned down, he started banging on the DJ’s equipment counter and got into a heated argument with the disc jockey and abused him, after which bouncers at the night club intervened.

Reportedly, the actor then allegedly assaulted one of the bouncers by hitting him on his head with his mobile phone, leaving him injured. The bouncer had to get some stitches. Later, the police was notified and Mr Pancholi was picked up from the night club. Mr. Pancholi was charger under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
