Aishwarya Rai Bachchan To Turn Showstopper For Manish Malhotra After 5 Years!

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be walking the ramp for the renowned designer Manish Malhotra. She will be seen as a show stopper for Manish Malhotra exclusive collection in India Couture week 2015 in Delhi. The event is expected to be conducted in the 1st week of August 2015.

Aishwarya had previously walked for Manish Malhotra and will be seen donning his masterpiece yet again. Delhi Couture Week beginning from July 29. According to sources, the couturier has roped in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to walk on the ramp for the grand finale. Aishwarya Rai had been on a sabbatical from fashion shows after 2011. The last time we saw her on the runway was for designer Manish Malhotra in 2010 for HDIL India Couture Week. Since she is making her comeback on the runway after 5 long years, the show has to be extra special. The last movie Aishwarya Rai did was way back in 2010 for Sanjay Leela Bhanshali’s Gazaarish. After almost five years and after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya, she is back to work.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to make a comeback on screens after five long years in a lawyers avatar in Sanjay Gupta‘s Jazbaa. The plot of the movie is quiet interesting, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen playing a strong mother who fights against everything to get her kidnapped daughter back. Earlier the first poster of the film was released featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film stars actors Irrfan Khan, Anupam Kher and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen playing the character of a lawyer in the film opposite Kaminey fame Chandan Roy Sanyal.
