Akshay Kumar does not want to work with Katrina Kaif in the sequel of Namastey London!
The Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif were a much-loved on-screen couple a few years ago. Together, they have given some blockbuster films like ‘Singh Is Kinng,’ ‘Namastey London’ and ‘Welcome.’
Their chemistry was loved by the audience in the romantic drama ‘Namastey London.’ When there were reports of the sequel of the film being considered to be made, their fans were quite excited to see them back on the screens together.

But to their disappointment, that is probably not going to be possible now. According to the reports, Akshay Kumar does not want to cast Katrina in the sequel of the film. He rather wants an actress with whom he has never worked before.
Reportedly, the actor has suggested Parineeti Chopra’s name for the sequel, which has been titled ‘Namastey England.’
But the reports suggests that the reason for choosing Parineeti is not because of wanting to work with a new actress. It is rather because of the cold relationship between Akshay and Katrina. It is said that back in those days when Katrina was at the peak of her career, she had refused to work with Akshay in a few films.
This did not go quite well with the actor and hence they have not worked together in a movie since.
On the work front of the actor, Akshay Kumar is coming up with his next film ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.’ The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar and is slated to release on August 11, this year. The actor is also working in films like ‘PadMan’ and ‘2.0.’
