MUMBAI: : Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar is back in action with his next film ‘Boss’. A huge crowd of pedestrians and travelers in Bandra, including Riteish Deshmukh spotted the actor riding a bike.
Riteish Deshmukh, who was stuck in the traffic which ensued, took to Twitter. Wrote Deshmukh,“Just saw a huge crowd running behind a bike at bandra- it was Akshay Kumar heading to shoot. Traffic se bachne kye bike – aur phir traffic jam.” (To get away from traffic – bike, but now traffic jam).
Akshay, who began his career as an action hero with movies like the ‘Khiladi’ series, ‘Mohra’, ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, is now back to basics and busy shooting for his next action film ‘Boss’, directed by Anthony D’Souza.
Akshay Kumar tweeted about the project, “Back with raw action in my next film. Guess karo, picture ka naam hai _ _ _ _?” He also posted a picture from the sets of ‘Boss’, showing off the title of the film with the rings on his fingers.
An excited Akshay also went ahead and announced the release date of the film. He tweeted, “Returning to my home turf, solid, never seen before ACTION after #RowdyRathore, #likeaboss with #BOSS in theatres on October 18, 2013!”
Aditi Rao Hydari, Shiv Pandit, Mithun Chakraborty, Danny Denzongpa and Johnny Lever will also share screen space with Akshay Kumar in ‘Boss’.
