2 States is being directed by debutant filmmaker Abhishek Verman and co-produced by Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiawala. A screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat‘s 2 States, the story is about a Punjabi boy who falls in love with a Tamil girl, and the ensuing cultural clashes between them and their families
As far as acting is concerned, Alia has made a place for herself in the industry. Recently has shot a special PETA commercial for cats and other homeless animals.
Alia Bhatt is not celebrating her birthday partying, but shooting she is busy shooting for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, where Alia is paired opposite Varun Dhawan.
