MUMBAI: Amitabh Bachchan needs to take it easy. That’s exactly what we want to tell the legendary actor, as we feel he is just pushing himself a bit too much.
Amitabh Bachchan was suffering from a bad back; this was the reason ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ set was shifted from the usual Film City to Yash Raj Studios, the later being closer to his residence and required less travel.
Then the news broke of him being ill but then he continued shooting.
Amitabh Bachchan, who has been complaining of physical ‘discomfort’, shot for a cameo for a film being made under Sanjay Dutt‘s production that is being directed by Rohit Shetty.
Mr. Bachchan posted on Facebook, “A shoot today for a film being made by Sanjay Dutt. A gesture to be by his side in his time of trial, he is in jail but his wife and friends are running this production and despite the pain of injury to the body, still jiving it up. Once the camera starts it is difficult to stop.”
If this was not enough, the megastar is also shooting for filmmaker Anurag Kashyap‘s television show, which will soon be on air on Sony Entertainment Television.
“This is a fresh initiative and one that I felt I needed to explore, so there it is. Its creativity is in the hands of Anurag Kashyap. The idea really is to do something out and away from the groove, with great production values and to make it more finite and watchable. It is another first for me and I look towards it with great anticipation, and apprehension, as we do mostly whenever something new needs to be initiated. I do hope that this comes to you with appropriate likeness, and I do hope that we are able to do justice to this,” said Amitabh Bachchan, on the television series that he has been shooting for.
Well, all said and done, we feel that Mr. Bachchan needs to take care of his health and slow down a bit. We love him too much and cannot afford him to fall ill again.
