MUMBAI: It took several years for Aamir Khan to direct his first film ‘Taare Zameen Par.’ But looks like his son Junaid Khan will be soon making his own film.
The actor son is surely following his father’s footsteps. While his acting plans are on hold as of yet, Junaid Khan is getting trained to be working behind the camera. And he is working with none other than Rajkumar Hirani who is currently directing papa Aamir Khan for ‘P.K.’.
Junaid Khan is working as an assistant director with Rajkumar Hirani and directing his own father.
Aamir Khan had a year back said, “It was my suggestion that he learns something about cinema and gets a new experience in life before he makes his choices. It will help him in the long run. “
Junaid Khan, we guess has already made his choice. Is he as perfect as his perfectionist father?
Well we did try to find out with mentor Rajkumar Hirani. The director however was not reachable.
But we are sure the genes of a perfectionist would always be in him. Like father like son.
