Farhan Akhtar was in Turkey, shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do when a fatal incident took place. The crew was enjoying the beach after the day’s pack up in Anatolia. Ranveer Singh’s hairdresserDarshan, while enjoying the breeze, dived into the sea for a good swim. But the high wave swept him away from the shore. Someone spotted Darshan struggling in the water and raised an alarm. The commotion caught Farhan’s attention and without even wasting another minute, Farhan jumped into the water for Darshan’s rescue and saved him from drowning.
