Jai (Imran Khan) and Aditi (Genelia D’Souza) were such great best friends that everyone around them thought that they were madly in love with each other but ofcourse, except them! To prove others wrong, they both start dating other people. Jay is the first one to find someone else and as soon as he does, Aditi realizes how much she loves him. But poor soul is put in friendzone by Jai. Later, when Jai falls for Aditi, she puts him in the friendzone. Weird, right? But as every Bollywood film, this one has a happy ending too. Yes, in the end, both of them set out of the cage called friendzone and end up with each other.
