TV actor Sanjit Bedi of serial Sanjeevani- A Medical Boon fame passed away on June 23, 2015. The brilliant and one of the most loved TV actors Sanjit Bedi acted in the popular serial Sanjeevani as Dr.Omi; the serial made it to the top and is still remembered by many for its amazing concept.

If reports are to be believed then, Sanjit had a brain ailment and was in coma from quite a long time. Actor Sanjit Bedi was regarded as the heartthrob of TV industry during his time in Sanjeevani.
