Abhishek Bachchan On The Offensive Twitter Troll On Him And His Daughter
Remember how recently Abhishek Bachchan played the boss on Twitter and gave his piece of mind to the guy who tried to troll him and his daughter? Well, Abhishek surely showed that guy what messing with a father feels like.
During the launch of ‘All Is Well’, Abhishek Bachchan was asked about the offensive meme that was posted on twitter.
The actor said, “First of all I wasn’t deeply hurt. This is something that I am very used to. I have always had this attitude that when you can’t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. If you are going to be available on the public platform, you have to be ready for the brickbats as well as the bouquets. And I am fine with that because I have always taken that in my stride and healthily worked to improve it. But when it comes to my family, it is strictly off limits. Yes I do understand both my parents and my wife are public figures but my daughter is off limits. I am not here to talk about her. And nor do I appreciate anyone making detrimental comments towards her.”
He added further, “So I decided what I had to say and the gentleman was kind enough to delete the tweet and to realize that he had gone slightly too far. And I appreciate that. I think when you are on public domain, you are allowed freedom of speech which is your constitutional right but I am allowed to take objection to what you say and since it was on my page, I replied to him directly and not publicly.
