Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which is a story about one-sided love and friendship, has been getting an immense response from all over. The film, which stars Aishwarya, Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan in the lead roles, has been showing its magic at the Box Office since day 1. Not only in the domestic market, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has managed to create wonders even in the overseas market.
The film opened to a good start at the Box Office and has been continuing to show the same magic. The film collected around Rs 13 crore (130 million) on Friday, Rs. 12.50 crore (125 million) approx on Saturday and Rs. 8.50 crore (85 million) approx on Sunday, taking the overall collection to around Rs 34 crore nett (340 million).
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had landed into trouble a few days before the release due to the ban imposed on Pakistani actors from working in India. But going by the Box Office collections, the controversy has not much affected the film. ADHM has done well in South India in comparison to other parts of the country. The Sunday collections of the film have dropped as Delhi / UP and East Punjab failed to show the response that the film received on the initial day. Nizam / Andhra, Mysore and West Bengal have contributed well, which has helped the collections of the film to stand stable.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is currently leading ahead than Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay at the Box Office!
