The advance bookings of ‘Sultan’ have been magnificent which affected its overall collections in a positive way. Finally, the Salman–Anushka starrer film will get to the concluding figure. The total earning of ‘Sultan’ until now is 416.50 crore net approx. The movie might see a final number of 420 crore net approx.
The collection of the wrestler based film is similar to ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Kabir Khan’s blockbuster film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ also starred Salman Khan. The movie earned 422 crore net approx. in total.
Additionally, the tax ratio has also seen a change since ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ released which affects the collections of the film. The tax has been the highest for ‘Sultan’ as compared to ‘Pk’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

‘Sultan’ earned 300 crore net approx. in totality and 119.50 crore net approx. in entertainment tax which comes to 419.5 crore net approx.
Salman and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ earned 315.49 crore net approx. in total collections and 1,06,64,00,000 crore net approx. in tax. The earnings come to 422.13 crore net approx.
Aamir Khan’s ‘Pk’ paid the second highest tax when it released. The film earned 337.72 crore net approx. and 111.02 crore net approx. in tax. The total for ‘Pk’ is 448.74 crore net approx.[/tps_footer]
