[tps_footer]We had reported that Saif Ali Khan had an altercation with the media in New Delhi, for allegedly turning up a few hours late for an event to promote Bullett Raja. But now, it appears that the Chhote Nawab has calmed down enough to attend press conferences.
As was reported here, Saif reportedly had a run-in with the press in the Capital city over alleged tardiness. So angered was Saif that he refused to apologise on being accosted, staged a walkout and even vowed never to attend a promotional event in Delhi ever again.
But it sure seems that better sense has prevailed. Saif was spotted at a press conference for Bullett Raja just yesterday, and was in a jovial mood. Dressed in a faded blue kurta and white denims, Saif was happy to pose for pictures with his Bullett Raja co-star Sonakshi Sinha.
Also seen at the event was talented actor Jimmy Shergill, in a black tee and jeans.
Tigmanshu Dhulia, post the Saif- media fracas had said: “Saif did say sorry to the waiting mediapersons. But they were not willing to simmer down. They got increasingly restless. It was a closed, cramped space, and one photographer broke into a scuffle. That’s when we quit. We decided to leave without doing the event.”
Begum Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is also in Delhi with Saif, seems to have played mediator and has supposedly advised Saif against losing his cool. Revealed a source, “Kareena has been giving Saif tips on how to remain calm under provocation.”
Well, what can we say. All’s well that ends well!
