MUMBAI: We recently caught Bollywood’s lovely lady Vidya Balan and co-star Emraan Hashmi at Goregaon station, Mumbai boarding a local train.
The duo were shooting for upcoming film ‘Ghanchakkar’ on the train. The on-screen couple was attired in full costume, and we even spotted Emraan in a new look: that of a tiny ponytail!
‘Ghanchakkar’ will be Vidya Balan’s attempt at a comic thriller, post heavy-duty intense roles like ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’. She will also soon be seen in the sequel, ‘Kahaani 2’.
Vidya has found her real-life hero in corporate honcho beau Siddharth Roy Kapur, whom she is all set to marry next month. However, she is still looking for love in her reel life.
The actress is reportedly tired of doing drama films, and is looking for a good romantic script to sink her teeth into.
Says the feisty actress, “I love romance. I am just waiting that someone approaches me for a romantic, good relationship story, but nothing exciting has come my way so far. But I am open to any kind of film, I will be happy to do it. I am happy to romance with anyone as long as it’s a good romance.”
When quizzed on news of her wedding, the actress quickly replied: “I also heard. I will say this, that one is not denying. I definitely want to be married someday, but so far, I don’t know when. When I get married, all of you and the world will know for sure. This is something I would want to share with everyone.” Ah, the age-old guessing game that actors like to keep their fans engaged in!
‘Ghanchakkar’ is directed by Rajkumar Gupta, produced by UTV (Siddharth Roy Kapur) and will release in July 2013.
