MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan fans and movie buffs, who are eager to get on to the ‘Chennai Express’ train will have to wait a day longer as the train, even before leaving the station is late by a good 24 hours.

The film’s release has been shifted by a day and ‘Chennai Express’ will now release on 9 August instead of 8 August.

Initially Eid was supposed to fall on 8 August, but now falls on 9 August and a bank holiday has been declared on the 9 August.
