MUMBAI: Karan Johar, who recently celebrated his 41st birthday, wants to be a father. The director of hit films like, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Student Of The Year’ says that he is not ready for marriage, but plans to adopt a child.
“My mom and I will bring up the child wonderfully,” says Karan Johar. He seems to have following the Salman Khan route.
Salman Khan, who is 47, also had said that he never wishes to get married, but is open to the idea of adopting a child.
While several female celebrities like Raveena Tandon and Sushmita Sen have adopted kids and are single parents, this is the first for the men in Bollywood.
We just hope that both Karan Johar and Salman Khan turn out to be good fathers. Just like their parents, Late Yash Johar and the legendary Salim Khan of Salim – Javed fame.
