Since a long time Salman and Deepika are waiting to pair up on the silver screen. The two busy celebs are always entangled in date issues and back to back projects. Finally, the two have nodded a yes for sharing screen space in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’.

Kabir Khan who gave the blockbuster hit ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ will now direct ‘Tubelight’. It was reported that Katrina Kaif will star opposite the Dabangg Khan in the film. Speculations making rounds state that Kabir wanted to cast Katrina in the film, but Salman wanted the movie to witness a fresh pair. Salman apparently opined that he has not tried a new pairing and sharing screen with Deepika would give newness to the audience too.

According to a leading daily, Deepika Padukone has already bagged the project and she will soon also start with the schedule of the film. The mind blowing actress will join the cast of ‘Tubelight’ in Ladakh. The shoot in Ladakh is going to be 80 days long.

Well, it cannot be ignored that Deepika is also roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming ‘Padmavati’. The credible director has asked for 200 days from Deepika to shoot the film. The shoot for the historic love saga will begin from September.

Seems like, Deepika Padukone is not going to have a minute to spare once she is on board for both the films. Kabir Khan shared a picture from the location of ‘Tubelight’ on Twitter captioning it, “So here we are… It all begins on the 28th… #Tubelight @BeingSalmanKhan
