The announcement of the second installment of the 1997 blockbuster ‘Judwaa‘ which had Salman Khan in double role has got the fans excited. As soon as ‘Judwaa 2‘ was announced with Varun Dhawan reprising the double role and Sajid Nadiadwala and David Dhawan teaming up after the gap of 12 years, the wait for this movie only got tougher.
Now, we have some even more exciting news. According to a leading daily, along with Varun, Salman too will be appearing in a double role for the film.

A source close to the development said to the daily, “Salman will appear in Judwaa 2 as Raja and Prem, the characters he played in the original Judwaa in 1997, two decades later. Salman will be sharing screen space with Varun’s two characters. The sequence is being designed as a highlight in the film.”
Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director David Dhawan also intend to bring back Salman’s two Judwaa co-stars Karisma Kapoor and Rambha in the sequence. The leading ladies of ‘Judwaa 2‘ are Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandes.
This will be Salman Khan’s fourth time in a double role. After Judwaa, there were no double roles for Salman until 2014, when Sajid cast Salman in double role in Kick. Last, Salman Khan was seen playing a double role in 2015 in Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
