Fifty Shades Of Grey created a wave globally for its highly erotic content. The film based on the same lines also met with loads of dilemma filled opinions. Well, we all know how strict the Censor Board is when it comes to love making scenes and cuss words in films. Beating all the odds, Vikram Bhatt is all set to launch his own version of Fifty Shades Of Grey on YouTube.
The filmmaker will soon launch a web series on the video sharing platform YouTube. The series is titled Maaya. The plot of the series is based on BDSM and sex which obviously reminds us of Fifty Shades Of Grey. The female lead of the series is also finalized by the filmmaker.
Actress Shama Sikander who rose to fame with her serial ‘Yeh Meri Life Hai’ will star in the web series. The starlet has already been a part of the short film ‘Sexoholic’ which is based on sex addiction.
The pretty diva opened up on her upcoming web series ‘Maaya’ and stated, “Maaya is a very intense adult love story. It is about loving somebody and figuring out how to love your own self. It is about various characters in one person. There are various personalities within us, some our close friends know about, some our family knows and there is always that part which only we know about and no one else.”
The talent bundle also spoke about its resemblance to Fifty Shades Of Grey saying, “Yes some parts have been taken. You can see the concept of BDSM pictured, but in a different way. It is a love story but with a different angle. It is more intense and more realistic.”
Talking about the intimate scenes in the web series the actress confessed, “It’s funny to call them as sex scenes or bold scenes because it doesn’t need a tag. It is as natural as the other things you do. You eat food, you go out, you party, you have sex. It is that normal but by putting such words you make it look abnormal, out of this world. So, I don’t think we should use these words. It is a love story for me and it will have scenes according to the requirement of the script. It will surely have some beautiful scenes to which I am really looking forward to shoot.”
Well, we are sure this series is going to gain loads of attention!
