MUMBAI:  Vishal Dadlani of the famous Vishal–Shekhar duo seems to be an angry man these days. He is upset that Punjabi rapper Honey Singh is trying to cash in on unnecessary fame for the upcoming film ‘Chennai Express’.

We had reported yesterday that Shah Rukh Khan has approached Honey Singh for a special song to be composed for ‘Chennai Express’. (Read Story Here) Businessofcinema had asked Vishal Dadlani for his reaction, but he refrained from replying. Later Vishal expressed his angst over Twitter. Though he did not mention Honey Singh anywhere, it is pretty clear that the music composer is hugely upset with the turn of events.

It’s hilarious and pathetic, how desperately this tacky rape-rapper is trying to ride on the fame of @iamsrk and #ChennaiExpress. Poor guy.

Is it the fact that Vishal-Shekhar have not got the chance to compose music for the special song which is disturbing Vishal Dadlani or that it is being composed by Honey Singh triggering the anger? It needs to be seen that whether Vishal-Shekhar manage to overpower Honey Singh with their soundtrack for ‘Chennai Express’ or will it be Yo Yo Honey Singh who will sing his way out through the battle.
