At the event, director Sajid Khan reviled that a major promotional event over social networking and other media would start from June 01. 2014, where small teasers would run with jokes and gags from the movie for a sneak peek into the fun the movie promises.
Sajid Khan said that Humshakals would make one laugh even if he is not connected to the movie. He promised every scene to turn out hilarious.
“After Himmatwala bombed at the Box Office, I swear I am never going to make anything else but comedy. For the first time I have six songs in my film and Himesh Reshamiya has done an amazing job with it. I don’t think I am ever going to work without Himesh in the future.” stated Sajid Khan who is very sure about the way his film Humshakals has shaped up.
Both Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, had some witty things to say in front of the media at the press conference of their film Humshakals.
Saif Ali Khan wanted to do a full-fledged comedy film for long, so when Sajid Khan approached him for Hamshakals, Saif immediately said yes.
“I wanted to do a comedy. I was watching Housefull and was laughing a lot. I like Sajid’s sense of humor. This is the funniest film I have ever done,” Saif told reporters at the promotional event of Humshakals.
Saif’s female avatar would be seen romancing Riteish Deshmukh in the film.
“Kareena loved me as a girl. She is very sporty and appreciated my look. Had I been in her place, I would have filed for a divorce!” Saif said.
Humshakals stars Saif Ali Khan, Bipasha Basu, Ram Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Tamannaah Bhatia and Esha Gupta.
