MUMBAI: Bollywood hunk John Abraham is so thrilled with the success of his latest film ‘Shootout at Wadala’ that he has gifted the director Sanjay Gupta a spanking new motorbike!
The generous star was spotted unveiling the bike, which he has gifted to Sanjay Gupta, to thank him for the film. He is reportedly overjoyed with the kind of response he has received for his portrayal of gangster Manya Surve in ‘Shootout at Wadala’. And he gives full credit to Gupta for giving him such a fantastic role to play.
Dressed casually in a light grey tee and jeans, Johnny Bravo aka John Abraham said that Gupta is the best director, as far as he’s concerned. “Sanjay Gupta is the best director for me. He is amazing. He is outstanding. He gave me my life and he re-introduced me as Manya Surve. I am very, very indebted to him,” John said, while gifting his favourite motorbike, a VMax, to the director.
John added: “It’s big relief for me and at the same time, like I say, there is no good or bad actor and there is no good or bad director.”
After his successful turn as producer with ‘Vicky Donor’, John also said that for the first time he has “got so many messages for my performance as an actor.”
