MUMBAI: Kajol was the prime actress of her time, but after her marriage to Ajay Devgn, she reduced her films. Her last film was the 2010 ‘We Are Family’ from the Karan Johar stable – Dharma Productions. She had a small guest appearance in Karan Johar’s directorial ‘Student Of The Year’ last year.
Now, Kajol has announced that she will be finally making a full-fledged comeback to the silver screen. The actress has said, “Yes, I’m in Ajay’s next film. We have finalised a script. Now, hopefully, it will start soon.”
Unfortunately, she won’t be seen opposite her husband in the film. “We won’t be doing the film together because that’s what the script demands,’ she says.
But will her husband direct the film? Everyone might remember that Ajay Devgn made his debut in direction with ‘U Me Aur Hum’ which starred himself alongside Kajol. This was in 2008.
All her fans keenly await Kajol’s comeback on screen. By any chance, would we be able to see her opposite Shah Rukh Khan again? That would be the icing on the cake.
