The amazingly talented stars who made the audience drool with their chemistry in the film ‘Aashiqui 2′ have been roped in for the ‘Ok Kanmani’ remake. ‘Ok Kanmani’ is a Tamil film which was helmed by Mani Ratnam. The film is based on relationships depicting the story modern age love.

It is being said that ‘Ok Kanmani’ is a film which will depict the issue of live in relationship and marriage. Both Aditya and Shraddha impressed the masses with their undying chemistry and with the film ‘Ok Kanmani’ the two stars will again be seen in a romantic avatar.
There were many speculations about the remake of ‘Ok Kanmani’, but none of them were confirmed. Some said the film is shelved, some said the movie might be delayed. But the announcement has finally been made.
The remake of the film ‘Ok Kanmani’ is very much on track and the same was announced on the micro blogging site Twitter. The official twitter page of Dharma Productions stated the same saying, “Honored to collaborate with Mani Ratnam on the recreation of his labour of love….directed by Shaad Ali….@DharmaMovies..cast coming up!”
