Kareena Kapoor found herself in a tough situation when she couldn’t understand the meaning or the existence of Mangalyan. But it seems that was just the tip of the iceberg. She went ahead and claimed that she doesn’t want to do women-centric films or biopics as of now.

Yes, you read right, Kareena doesn’t want to work in biopics and women centric films. Why? Well, according to the actress, she did Chameli when she was 22 and later followed it up with Jab We Met and Heroine. She doesn’t want to be part of a fad just because everyone is.
Guess the filmmakers have got their cue that Kareena isn’t interested to be in biopics or female-oriented films just for the heck of it. Well, good decision we must say. Just being part of a frenzy doesn’t mean you will able to pull it off. But we don’t think Jab We Met was essentially a women-centric film. It was a love story with more importance given to the heroine. But without a dark and depressing Aditya, Geet wouldn’t have looked so mesmerizing. Don’t you agree Kareena?
