There have been many speculations for casting of Karan Johar’s much-talked film Shuddhi but ultimately actors Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan bagged the lead roles for the film directed by Shakun Batra.
Earlier it was said that Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrithik Roshan were approached for the lead roles, but both the actors rejected it one after other. The actress kicked out Karan Johar’s Shuddhi because of Hrithik Roshan.
Recently, during an interview with DNA, the actress was asked to reason out for walking out from Shuddhi. To which she replied, “When Hrithik didn’t do the film, I don’t think it just made sense. Because that film I think was all about Hrithik and Kareena coming back.”

Later, Salman Khan was approached for the same role, but even Salman had to move out of the film due to his prior commitments. The news of Salman walking out of Shuddhi got spread like wildfire but matter of fact people started demanding to bring Hrithik and Kareena back on board for the film.
The actress also gave her take on the trending hashtag on twitter as #BringBackHrithikKareena. She said, “Yes, I know. I am not on Twitter and Instagram but I get my information from sources. So many people now.”
Well, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrithik Roshan had some rocking flings during their films Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Yaadein. At one time Hrithik and Kareena were considered as the hottest onscreen couple of Bollywood. Fans were eagerly working to see them together again after decades on big screens but seems wait would go on for more long till both the actors are not offered for same film. Of Course!
