MUMBAI: Indie Bollywood film ‘Ship of Theseus’ has found a messiah in Aamir Khan’s lovely wife, filmmaker Kiran Rao, who seems to have taken tips from her maverick husband in innovative promotion.

The team of Anand Gandhi’s directorial, ‘Ship of Theseus’ hosted a unique press conference in the city on Monday, where they invited internet media and bloggers to cover the event. The logic is that this film’s target audience is essentially online, so the makers wanted to promote it using the online medium.

Present at the press con were Kiran, ‘Ship of Theseus’ producer Siddharth Roy Kapur of UTV, and the director Anand Gandhi. Also present was UTV’s Distribution VP Gaurav Varma.
