While there is much spoken and written about the hot and sizzling chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, the fun and endearing chemistry between Ranbir and Anushka hasn’t missed being notice either.
This dream project, like most Karan Johar movies, seems to be an emotional ride with relationships as the main focus with a lot of quirky and fun elements as well.
The trio, Ranbir, Karan and Anushka, have worked together earlier on in Bombay Velvet. Speaking about his director, Karan, in ADHM, Ranbir said, “Karan is the coolest director to work with. I am his huge fan. The entire experience of this film is deeply tucked into the shell of my heart. It’s just beautiful, and it’s something that I hold very dear to me.”
Karan said, “Had it not been for Bombay Velvet, I would have never cast Anushka and Ranbir in ADHM. Off-screen, both of them are buddies and they are super fun. They have a comfort level in their communication and body language. And in this movie, they are more entertaining than they were in Bombay Velvet. They are fun, quirky and entertaining.”
We must say that Anushka and Ranbir are giving some friendship goals in teasers, trailer and songs. We can’t wait to watch them as buddies!
The movie is all set to release October 28, 2016.
