On Monday 21st December 2015, the youngest convict in the notorious 2012 Delhi Nirbhaya gang rape case was released from a correctional centre. Although the convict is now an adult, he was tried as a juvenile and has served the full sentence allowed. On this topic, Priyanka Chopra was asked her opinion. The actress said “I’m a law abiding citizen so I follow the law. But, whatever has happened is wrong.”
