Krushna Abhishek’s Comedy Nights Bachao is a regressive show that has a history of insulting and roasting stars. A couple of months back, actress Tannishtha Chatterjee who appeared on the show for the promotions of her film Parched, walked out of Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza after racist jokes were made on her. And now, none other than John Abraham has walked out of Comedy Nights Bachao show. John and Sonakshi appeared on the show for the promotions of their upcoming film Force 2 but things turned out the worst.
As per reports, Krushna made jokes on John’s earlier films including Paap that’s when the actor lost his cool and refused to join Sonakshi and Krushna on stage to dance. Well, Krushna has expressed how upset he is about the incident and that he has not slept since few days.
“John and I have known each other for many years now and he is the only Bollywood actor who called me when my father passed away recently. I am really sad that I upset him,” said Krushna during an interview.
He also added saying, “I was cracking jokes on his earlier films like Paap. That’s when he told me that those were his favourite films.”
Krushna also further stated, he special flew down to Mumbai as John agreed to appear on his show for the promotions of Force 2. “Sometime later, when he refused to shake a leg with Sonakshi and me on stage, I realised that he was upset. He soon walked out and I ran after him, but he left. I want to apologise to him; I haven’t slept since the last few days because of this. I specially flew down from my shoot in Kulu Manali because John had agreed to be on the show. I hope he understands and forgives me,” said Krushna.
