Despite of making so many efforts against piracy, the act of piracy is being the caution and serious issue in the society for the filmmakers as well as for the Censor Board now. Recently, after two culprits were caught in the transactions of Baahubali DVDs, another giant piracy case of Ketan Mehta‘s Manjhi – The Mountain Man is the target of leaked online copy on social sharing websites.
With the latest reports, Ketan Mehta‘s Manjhi – The Mountain Man starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte, was leaked on Monday on a social sharing platform even before the release of the film. The makers of the film were shocked to find the watermarked preview copy of the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer on several torrent sites.
Well, this is not the first case of the piracy, last month the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force team seized 115-pirated Hindi version DVDs of recently released film Baahubali along with the two culprits who were caught in illegal transaction of pirated DVDs.

With piracy becoming the cautious issue; the regional office of the Censor Board had arrested another three temporary staff in connection with the circulation of pirated copy of Malayalam blockbuster film Premam.
The whole point of the above piracy issues makes that the cinema fraternity should come together to stop the piracy of the films as it makes a great loss for the filmmakers too.
Well, coming back to the film, Manjhi is a biopic based film on the life of Dashrath Manjhi popularly known as the ‘Mountain Man’, who lived in Gehlaur village, near Gaya, in Bihar. The film directed Ketan Mehta and produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. Manjhi star cast included Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi and Radhika Apte in the lead roles.
The movie is based on the life of Dashrath Manjhi played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui who carved a road through a mountain in 22 years. The film’s schedule for release on August 21,2015 in theaters. Prior to its release preview copy of movie leaked on web on 9, August 2015.
