[tps_footer]Parineeti Chopra, who is currently busy promoting her latest film Hasee Toh Phasee with Sidharth Malhotra, has learnt the art to lose weight as she wants to look hot and happening.
Both the actors recently launched a mobile app for the movie in Mumbai. At the press conference, Parineeti said that her major concern has been her weight and now she has been very careful about it now.
Talking about fitness and her workout regime, Parineeti said, “When I had entered the industry I was big and used to fit into that size category. Now, I feel I am not, as I have lost much more weight and look better. I don’t want to be in that weight category. I am working very hard to become thin. I feel I am skinny now”.
Initially Parineeti felt that all she needed to do was to be a good actor and looks do not matter, but now she feels that looks do matter. According to her, the way an actress looks and what she wears is also equally important.
Parineeti stated, “The body type affects what I wear and I can’t get best dresses for myself. I can’t wear sleeveless, because I would look fat in it. I want to lose even more weight and look better in real life. On screen, if I have to wear shorts or bikini for a scene I should have the body for that”.
When it comes to the men, like every girl, Parineeti Chopra also gets attracted to men with a good sense of humour.
“For me, I think humour is something important. He needs to be born with good humour. Whether he has good looks or not is not always so relevant. When it comes to money, I can earn it,” Parineeti stated.

Post Hasee Toh Phasee, the actress has Daawat-E-Ishq and Kill Dil, and Parineeti has promised a complete image transformation.
A very upbeat Parineeti said, “From a mad persona in Hasee Toh Phasee to something interesting that I have done in Daawat-E-Ishq to an ultra glam part in Kill Dil, it is going to be a whole new range out there. You will see a completely different side of me every few months.”
