[imagebrowser id=209] MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has yet another reason to smile. For she has bagged a prestigious brand endorsement, and has been appointed as the ambassador for Garnier products.

Recently named the most competitive actress in B’town, Deepika had set her sights on bagging this plum endorsement project, which she has now accomplished. The ambitious Bangalore girl recently launched the latest product from Garnier’s stables: Garnier BB Cream.

Looking super pretty in a printed Saloni sundress, Deepika showed off her toned arms and flawless skin at the product launch. The slit on her dress revealed a pretty tattoo encircle her ankle.

Talking about the brands she chooses to endorse, the lovely lady revealed that she ensures that every brand she decides to endorse is an extension of her personality. “I believe that every brand which I endorse has to be an extension of my personality and it has to come naturally.”

The gorgeous actress was also in the news sometime back for allegedly walking out of ‘Race 2’. Now firmly back in the project, Deepika is trying her utmost best to undo the previous damage by going all-out to promote the film.

She spoke about her fantastic experience while filming ‘Race 2’ with the star-studded ensemble cast, “It has been great.’Race 2′ has been a wonderful journey for me. I am very proud of it. The movie is an action thriller, but it also has a lot of glamour. The first film of the franchise did well too.”

She also revealed just how important it was to her, to promote Abbas-Mustan’s next installment in the ‘Race’ series. “‘Race 2′ is very important to me, and even its promotion is very important as well.”

And how could we let her go without asking some beauty tips and tricks from the stunner? Deepika candidly confessed, “I believe that less is more. So a healthy diet, drinking lots of water and adequate sleep really helps. All these things reflect positively on your skin,” she said.
