Lights, Camera, Action… and there’s going to be much more at the biggest awards night of the year, Zee Cine Awards 2017. The evening witnessed the perfect cocktail of glitz and glamour with the crème de la crème of Bollywood coming together to celebrate the best of Hindi cinema. The who’s who of the entertainment world dazzled the Red Carpet of Zee Cine Awards 2017, wearing their favorite designer’s outfits and posing for the paparazzi with the glimmer of hope in their eyes to bag the prestigious Zee Cine Award for their performances. Amongst the celebrities who won hearts at the Red Carpet were Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Govinda, Raveena Tandon, Sunny Leone, Huma Qureshi, Vidya Balan, Sridevi, Hrithik Roshan, Anushka Sharma, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Sanya Malhotra and many more.
Recognized as the most credible awards in India, Zee Cine Awards 2017 was a night of honor, camaraderie, brilliant performances, passionate speeches and candid moments galore. While some artists performed their hearts out to foot tapping numbers, a deserving few took home the trophies by the end of an unforgettable night. Zee Cine Awards congregated the Indian film industry to celebrate the heritage of cinema and the year gone by. Others who attended the Awards included Irrfan Khan, Rahul Bose, Javed Akhtar, Tiger Shroff, Gauhar Khan, Pritam, Sonali Bendre and Disha Patani amongst others.
From witty one liners by host, Manish Paul to the impeccable coming timing of Bharti, Zee Cine Awards 2017 left the audiences hooked to watching the extravaganza and the winning moments on the grand stage. Amongst others, Raveena Tandon and Huma Qureshi also entertained the audiences hosting various segments through the show that will soon air on Zee Cinema on Saturday, 1st April at 7:30 PM.
Adhering to its promise of a transparent selection process, Zee Cine Awards 2017 included renowned dignitaries from the industry including affluent filmmakers Boney Kapoor, Pradeep Sarkar, Tigmanshu Dhulia, the renowned cinematographer, Sudeep Chatterjee ISC, the distinguished lyricist & playback singer, Swanand Kirkire, the graceful playback singer, Kavita Krishnamurti Subramaniam and the Academy Award winner, Resul Pookutty on its esteemed jury panel. Together, they ensured that the best in the industry were acknowledged and honored. The evening saw some breathtaking performances as well.
If the award function was all about Movies, Masti and Magic, the Red Carpet was all about glamour, candid, quirky moments and a lot of fun. Varun Dhawan and Sunny Leone who walked the red carpet making a fashion statement also took selfies with the media leaving the paparazzi asking for more!
