MUMBAI: It would seem that Bollywood’s ‘Tiger’ Salman Khan is a true friend indeed. When he promises to adopt you as a friend, he goes all out to maintain that friendship.
So much so, that the entire Khan khaandaan seems to be on your side, and supports you in every endeavour.
Not for nothing is Salman known as “Sallu Bhai”, the big brother figure and protector of one and all. Salman has taken keen interest in the war between ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ and ‘Son of Sardar’ and is full support of his friend Ajay Devgn’s.
The ‘Dabangg’ Khan recently tweeted: “Pathan Ke Yaar Se Panga Mat lena Sorry yaar..Diwali bekaar without Son of Sardaar.”
Salman’s display of friendship to Ajay Devgn was in full public gaze, when the entire Khan family showed up at a special screening of Devgn’s ‘Son Of Sardar’ recently.
At Ketnav, we spotted Salman’s father Salim Khan, his mother Salma and Helen aunty at the special screening. The family seniors had come to give their blessings to son Salman’s friend Ajay Devgn for his upcoming film, ‘Son Of Sardar’.
Also at the film screening was the film’s leading lady Sonakshi, with mother Poonam Sinha in tow.
Sonakshi was spotted in a white Starbucks café tee, light blue jeggings and a black leather jacket. She completed her preppy nerdy-chic look with a pair of oversized reading glasses.
The leading man and producer Ajay Devgn’s family saw representation in sister-in-law Tanisha Mukherji, who is his wife Kajol’s younger sister.
Also present at the film screening was legendary yesteryear actress Waheeda Rahman.
The comedy film, which releases on 13th November, was much appreciated by the celebrities at the film’s special screening.
