NEW DELHI: Bollywood stars Prachi Desai and Vidyut Jamwal were recently seen doing something most of us forget to do: saying thank you to the real heroes in our life, our moms.
Prachi Desai and Vidyut Jamwal were involved in a special initiative by P&G, maker of consumer durable products, the ‘Thank You Mom’ survey. Spotted along with their mothers, Mrs. Amita Desai and Mrs. Vimla Jamwal respectively, the Bollywood stars were seen enjoying a ‘Mommy’s Day Out’ of sorts!
Dressed casually in a white ‘Thank You Mom’ tee and pink jeans, Prachi looked effortlessly chic and innocent. Vidyut, on the other hand, went bold with a red blazer, white tee and white jeans, as he posed next to his lovely mother, Mrs. Jamwal.
Said Prachi: “My mom has been my friend, my confidant and a source of strength. I realised that I hardly ever thank my mother for the scores of little and big things she does for me day in and day out. This truth came to me almost as a shock, and ever since I have made it a part of my conscious self to express my gratitude to my mother as often as I can. Saying ‘Thank You Mom’ seems like the best thing I can now say!”
