Priyanka Chopra To Sing For Dil Dhadakne Do

Priyanka Chopra is already famous as singer in Hollywood and now its time for her Indian fans to rejoice. She is soon going to lend her voice for the title track of Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’. Earlier also Priyanka Chopra was offered many singing offers but she had declined it. One of them being ‘Tinka Tinka’ which became very popular.

Priyanka Chopra’s singles in the Hollywood industry has become huge hits. She has sung with Chris Brown, Pitbull and William. She recently delivered a huge hit ‘Mary Kom‘ where she  was applauded for her acting and performance. Currently she is also acting in the movie ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and will lend her voice for the movie. As per the sources the song is believed to be a fun composition which Priyanka really enjoyed singing.

Priyanka Chopra, earlier had sung some lines of lullaby in the movie in ‘Mary Kom’. She is obliged by contract with an international music label that produced her singles and therefore she could do a proper playback in Bollywood.

It’s a trend now for the actors to sing in their movie and recently we got a hang of it in movies like Ek Villain, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya and Kick where the actors Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor and Salman Khan themselves sang the song.

Interestingly this will be first time for Priyanka Chopra to sing in a Bollywood movie. The song is supposedly going to be in the end credit. Farhan Akhtar is also going to sing a song from the same movie.  Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ stars Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar. The film is scheduled for release in the year 2015.
