Producer Ritesh Sidhwani Shows His Anger Over Bangistan Being Banned In Pakistan And UAE!

Pulkit Samrat and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Bangistan is all set to release tomorrow, but the makers of the film are upset over the ban of film in Pakistan and now also in UAE.

According to the reports, Bangistan, which is based on the lives of two blundering terrorists on a mission to change the world, has been banned in Pakistan as well as in UAE. Directed by Karan Anshuman, the film is been banned due to its offensive content based on terrorism. Censor board of Pakistan had rejected the release of the film reasoning a strong objection that the film contents offensive content and that they refused to release the film there.

Producer Ritesh Sidhwani who is upset with the ban took to his twitter handle to express his anger. He tweeted saying that he is shocked that film is been banned before knowing the message passed by Bangistan. He also mentioned that he wants these countries to give in writting what offense they have found in the film.

Earlier, during the promotions of the film, Ritesh Sidhwani said, “It is very disappointing that the censor board finds the film offensive as there is no such content in the film. We shall be sending it to the re-examining committee.”

Also Pulkit Samrat and Riteish Deshmukh who were busy with the hard-hitting promotions of the film had spoken to the media about the ban in Pakistan. The duo expressed their wish to make Pakistani censor board watch the film, as there is nothing offensive in the film. Bangistan talks about world peace. Both the actors had also said they would specially like to go to Pakistan and make them watch the film.

The movie was majorly shot in Poland and Ladakh and is all about two-suicide bombers, Hafeez Bin Ali Ishwarchand Sharma played by Riteish and Allah Rakha Khan Praveen Chaturvedi played by Pulkit.

The duo will blow your minds with super hit comedy that will make you laugh out loud. After ‘Fukrey’, Pulkit Samrat is all set to come back with a bang on comedy. The film follows the lives of two blundering terrorists on a mission to change the world. Bangistan is a comedy film starring Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat. Also Sri Lankan beauty, Jacqueline Fernandez will be seen in special appearance with some comedy punch lines.

The film is directed by Karan Anshuman. Once again Excel Entertainment team association Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar association with Junglee Motion Pictures have produced the film with phenomenal talent and is slated to release tomorrow on August 7.
