According to bizarre comment by Rahul Gandhi— PM Modi is a better actor than Amitabh Bachchan.
Various political parties are campaigning in Gujarat with the elections just days away. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi too has been a part of the campaigns. Rahul’s recent campaign was not in news because of the promises that Congress in making but for the jab launched at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rahul commented that our PM Modi is a far better actor than the legendary Amitabh Bachchan!
This outlandish comment came when Rahul was rallying in Amreli, Gujarat. The Congress Vice President was referring to the rather emotional speech given by the Prime Minister days after the infamous demonetization. In the speech, Rahul said that the PM Modi had announced that if black money does not return to India before December 31, 2016, ‘you can hang Narendra Modi in public’. He also said that the PM Modi does not need lenses to cry like Bollywood actors. And that makes him a better actor than Amitabh Bachchan!
Another jab at the PM, Rahul also said, ”I would tell you people in advance that before the results, PM will cry two-three times and get emotional.”
In the meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan has received an award for The Indian Film Personality Of The Year award at IFFI 2017, presented by Akshay Kumar. In a rather touching speech, Akshay recollected an encounter he had with AB in Kashmir when he was young. He said how along with an autograph AB had given him a bunch of juicy grapes. Akshay even called the actor ‘father of our industry’ and touched his feet with reverence.
