[tps_footer]Reports suggested that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer superhero film is now shelved. The film which was to be directed by Ayan Mukerji was much in the news lately when reports stated that the film might not go on floors. The reason cited for the same was that Karan Johar’s Dharma Production is apparently facing a financial glitch and therefore the film might not see the light of the day.

After all the speculations filmmaker Ayan Mukerji has now clarified that the Ranbir starrer superhero flick is very much on the go and is not at all shelved. The director was heard sharing that the film is on and the shooting for the same will begin from this year end.
Recently, the director was also in the limelight when he was said to be the reason for Ranbir and Katrina’s breakup. Coming back to the superhero film, it is revealed that the movie is based on a modern day and also consists of some ancient magic. It is now clear that the superhero film is on.

The film will see Ranbir and Alia in the main leads. Currently, both the actors are busy with their respective projects. Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen in the film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ whereas Alia Bhatt will be seen in ‘Udta Punjab’.[/tps_footer]
